Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are also the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the KartBol app. By using the app you agree to them.
1. The service and the parties
KartBol is a card-collecting and prediction game where you place prediction cards on real football matches. It is purely for entertainment. The app is operated by, and this agreement is with: Arda Besimzade, Gümüşsuyu Mah., Saroğlu Sok., Bulut Apt. No: 11, Floor 1, Flat 1, 34437 Beyoğlu/İstanbul, Türkiye — kartbolgame@gmail.com. This agreement is between you, the user, and that operator. Whether you got the app from the App Store or from Google Play, neither Apple nor Google is a party to it.
2. It is not gambling / betting
KartBol is not a gambling or betting app. There are no real-money deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes; no wagers are accepted at any point and no money is paid out. The in-game coin economy is closed and in-game items have no cash value.
3. Eligibility, account and fair play
You must be at least 13 years old to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your account secure. Pack opening, card placement and scoring are determined on the server; attempts to manipulate the game, to gain an advantage through multiple accounts, or to use automation may lead to the suspension of your account.
4. Coins and in-game items
Coins and other in-game items are not real money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and have no use outside the app. You are granted only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them; the items themselves remain ours. If you delete your account, any remaining coin balance is deleted with it and is not compensated.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Its length is 1 month. It costs 79.99 TRY per month in Türkiye; in other countries the local price shown on the purchase screen applies. Premium grants you monthly coins and a calling-card pack and lets you see your friends' predictions for the week in progress early; it does not change scoring, card drop odds, or the rules of the game. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. After purchase you can manage or cancel the subscription in your device's Apple ID settings (App Store → Subscriptions) or in Google Play → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it.
6. Purchases, cancellation and refunds
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never see or store your payment details. Refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant store and must be requested from Apple or Google directly; we cannot refund a store purchase ourselves. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. If you obtained the app from the App Store, this licence is limited by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, use bots or automation, sell or rent your account, or resell the service to others.
8. Content, intellectual property and match data
The card art, card names, calling cards, interface, software and the KartBol brand belong to us or to our licensors. Fixtures, scores and match statistics come from third-party data providers; that data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We reserve the right to re-score a week that was calculated from faulty data.
9. Suspension, termination and account deletion
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings → Delete account) or by writing to kartbolgame@gmail.com. When your account is deleted your game data is removed; if you have an active Premium subscription you must also cancel it through the App Store or Google Play, otherwise it will keep renewing.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are unaffected.
11. Terms specific to the Apple App Store
If you obtained the app from the App Store, the following applies: (a) This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple, and we alone are responsible for the app and its content. (b) We alone are responsible for providing maintenance and support; Apple has no such obligation. (c) If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. (d) We, not Apple, are responsible for claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection or privacy claims. (e) We alone are responsible for investigating and defending any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. (f) By using the app you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any prohibited party list. (g) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you. (h) You must also comply with applicable third-party terms, including the App Store Terms of Service.
12. Terms specific to Google Play
If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. In-app purchases are processed by Google; Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page and significant changes will be announced here. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; if you are a consumer, your right to bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of your place of residence is unaffected.
