Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your KartBol account at any time. The fastest way is inside the app; if you have uninstalled it or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email instead.

Delete from the app (immediate)

Your account and data are removed straight away — there is no waiting period.

1. Open KartBol and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account" and complete the two-step confirmation.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to it:

kartbolgame@gmail.com

We complete requests within 30 days. Send the message from your account's registered email address so we can confirm it is yours.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account details: username, email, display name and profile preferences.
• Your game data: cards, predictions, calling cards, coin balance and statistics.
• Your league memberships. Leagues you created are not deleted — ownership transfers to the longest-standing member.
• Your notification records and device identifiers.

What is kept

Only the following is retained, and it is no longer linked to your identity:

• Purchase and billing records — required by tax and accounting law. The App Store and Google Play hold their own copies of these.
• Security and abuse-prevention logs — for a limited period, in anonymised form.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel Premium on your device first: on iPhone, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store > Subscriptions. Coins and purchases are not refundable.
